Farrell's Lawn & Garden Center is seeking a hardworking landscaper to join our team. You will assist with mowing, edging, mulching, and general lawn care under the crew leader's guidance, ensuring every property looks its best and reflects our commitment to quality work.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of landscaping experience. We value punctuality, reliability, and teamwork, and you must be able to operate common equipment safely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience with hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help the crew with landscape design, installation, and maintenance tasks.
• Apply pesticide as needed for weed control.
• Keep flower beds pristine with sprinkler or irrigation systems.
• Create daily reports of completed work.
• Complete lawn care duties including mulching, mowing, weeding, and edging.
• Assist in installing hardscapes (patio, walls, steps).
• Operate landscaping equipment such as skid loaders and mowers.
• Load/unload materials and clean up job sites.
• Follow directions from crew leaders and project managers.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and contribute to a team environment.
