Position Details

• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
• Location: Wilton, CT
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
2. Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure a neat appearance.
3. Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs, and mulching as needed.
4. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for proper watering.
5. Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain landscape health and aesthetics.
6. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
7. Assist in landscape construction projects as needed.
8. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
2. Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems.
3. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
5. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
6. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
