Job summary

AtWork! is seeking a Landscaping Laborer to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on commercial contracts, including mowing, weeding, edging, and raking.

You will follow Crew Supervisor guidance to meet contract requirements and deadlines, maintain safety, and ensure quality workmanship. The role requires reliable attendance, ability to work independently or with a team, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various landscaping maintenance duties on customer contracts as specified (mowing, weeding, edging, raking, clearing debris).
• Coordinate workflow with guidance from the Crew Supervisor to ensure completion of contract requirements and deadlines.
• Observe all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report material, tool, and equipment repair needs as well as any malfunctions and shortages to the Crew Supervisor.
• Model appropriate standards of conduct and act ethically.
