Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Colorado is seeking a Landscaper I to provide landscape maintenance support for commercial properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate standard landscaping equipment safely, and assist with plant material and landscape feature upkeep.

Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, edging, debris cleanup, mulching, weeding, equipment maintenance, and reporting unsafe conditions to the crew leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscape equipment such as power saws and cutters.
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge with gas-powered tools.
• Prune shrubs or trees to shape growth or remove damage.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Assist with cleanup and mulching.
• Perform basic, preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader.
