Job summary

Clippers Landscaping is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, and general landscape maintenance on assigned properties. You will work with a Crew Leader to safely and efficiently complete projects while delivering quality work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in landscape installation, read architectural drawings, and are dependable with strong safety awareness. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Driver's License preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment and maintain safety on job sites.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting per project plan.
• Follow installation instructions with crew leader and manager.
• Load/unload equipment and materials; assist with on-site logistics.
• Report equipment or supply issues to supervisor promptly.
