Yard Smart, a Northeast Ohio landscape company, is seeking a Landscape & Maintenance Team Member for a full-time, year-round role that supports employee development, hands-on training, and new equipment.

You will maintain landscapes, operate mowers and tools, assist with planting and mulching, and support winter snow and ice operations while collaborating with teammates across divisions. No prior landscaping experience is required; a reliable team mindset and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• No landscaping experience needed; willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfort using job-related mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential and commercial landscapes including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers.
• Assist with planting, mulching, and small landscape construction.
• Support snow and ice management during winter.
• Collaborate with team and gain exposure to turf, irrigation, design-build, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, mulching, and small landscape construction projects


• Support snow and ice management operations during winter months


• Work collaboratively with team members and gain exposure to various divisions, including turf, ornamental, irrigation, fertilization, design‑build, and enhancements
