Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to safely work alone and display quality in work product.
• Ability to teach and train new laborers.
• Able to follow plans as shown on a map of property.
• Dependable; arrives on time and commits to hours.
• Organized, hardworking, safety conscious, punctual.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Accountable; dependable attendance and timeliness.
• Solutions-oriented and able to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment as needed.
• Perform landscape maintenance and chemical applications following licensure.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized sites.
• Support Crew Leader and Operations Manager with installation tasks.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with transportation.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles per preventive maintenance program.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Complete required training programs.
• Possibly transport crew members to sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
