Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks in a timely manner following production goals and supervisor instructions.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Mow, edge, and maintain turf areas; weed and water beds as needed.
• Prune shrubs and assist with plant care tasks.
• Report damaged trees or plants to the supervisor promptly.
• Log hours accurately and maintain PPE usage.
• Travel to and from job sites daily in a company vehicle.
