Responsibilities

• Perform assigned property maintenance contract requirements in a timely manner, according to maintenance production expectations.
• Promote a safe work environment; model company safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Supervise the proper and safe operation of crew truck, trailer, and tools.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensure crews mow, edge, weed, water, and prune properties appropriately.
• Report any damaged or missing trees or plants and communicate needs.
• Ensure fertilizers and pest control techniques are completed properly.
• Complete necessary job paperwork, including Equipment Inventory Forms.
• Work all assigned hours and report any discrepancies to Account Manager.
• Interact professionally with Account Managers, subcontractors, and customers.
