Job summary

Russell Landscape in Canton, GA is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a 2–5 person crew delivering high-quality maintenance for commercial properties.

You will drive to sites, supervise daily tasks, train staff, communicate with clients, and ensure safety and record-keeping. The role offers full-time hours with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tools and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in landscape maintenance with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organization.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 landscape workers.
• Operate and drive trucks and trailers to job sites.
• Ensure mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing meet standards.
• Train and mentor crew in maintenance techniques and safety.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safety.
• Communicate with clients and management about status and requests.
• Record work performed, materials used, and time spent on site.
