What You'll Do Maintain sidewalks, planters, building entrances, and outdoor areas

Remove trash and debris daily from high-traffic exterior areas

Weed, trim, leaf blow, and water landscaped spaces

Power wash walkways and entry points as needed

Assist with seasonal tasks (e.g., mulching, flower planting, snow removal)

Monitor site conditions and report irrigation, lighting, or safety issues

Serve as an on-site ambassador—be visible, helpful, and courteous to tenants and guests What You Bring Previous landscaping, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable operating tools like hedge trimmers, blowers, and pressure washers

Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Dependable, professional appearance, and strong work ethic

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor
