Job summary

Teufel Landscape is seeking a highly organized Business Administrator to support our Landscape Maintenance Division. This role serves as the administrative hub, partnering with Account Managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure contracts, billing, payroll support, reporting, and business operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is proactive and detail oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service are critical.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative, office management, business administration, accounting support, or operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting billing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, maintenance services, property services, or a similar field-service environment.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Experience working with workforce management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contract setup, renewals, and updates within company systems.
• Maintain service agreements, pricing schedules, and client documentation.
• Track contract renewal dates and client requirements.
• Support Account Managers with contract administration and customer documentation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical contract records.
• Assist with client-specific billing requirements and supporting documentation.
