Vive Exterior Design in Fishers, IN, invites an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead our growing maintenance division serving high-end residential properties. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee crews, and uphold exceptional standards of care, starting hands-on and shifting to strategic leadership as the division expands.

Ideal candidates have horticulture knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record with landscape maintenance.

Qualifications

• Horticulture background or formal education/experience preferred.
• Strong plant knowledge and best practices in landscape maintenance.
• Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and client relationships.
• Well-organized with leadership and field supervision skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division
• Work alongside the crew to perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols
• Conduct site evaluations and recommend improvements
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for the maintenance division
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

This is an opportunity to lead and grow a landscape maintenance division within a company known for high-end outdoor designs. As the Landscape Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and ensuring the highest standards of care. This role will start as a hands-on leadership position, with the expectation that as the division grows, your focus will shift more into management.

What You’ll Do
