Role Description The Landscape Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day landscape maintenance operations, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and supervising grounds crews across multiple properties. The role involves inspecting sites, ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance, and monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with company standards. The Landscape Maintenance Manager will manage vendor relationships, track maintenance requests, maintain records, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and client satisfaction. This role also includes training team members, addressing on-site issues, and supporting budget and resource planning related to landscape maintenance activities.

• Relevant experience in landscape or grounds maintenance, commercial property management, or facilities operations is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, eco-friendly practices, and basic budgeting or cost control is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between sites within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area as required.
