Crabapple LandscapExperts in GA seeks a qualified Landscape Field Manager Foreman - Maintenance to lead on-site crews and ensure property upkeep meets safety and schedule standards. This full-time role requires hands-on supervision of mowing, trimming, pruning, and equipment operation.

You will inspect properties, report to Operations Managers, and manage timesheets while maintaining a professional outdoor work environment across Alpharetta and Holly Springs.

Qualifications

• Landscape experience required — this is a must for the role.
• 4+ years of grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience leading at least 2 people directly.
• Skilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edging.
• Comfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears).
• Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run.
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.

We are currently seeking a motivated leader to manage our crews.
