Greenscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in commercial landscape upkeep, ensuring quality results and safety across client properties in the Triangle Region of North Carolina. The role emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and structured work processes within a family-owned company with deep local roots.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate routine projects, and ensure high standards of landscape care throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years commercial landscaping maintenance experience.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of landscape plants and horticultural practices.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in leadership of crew members.
• Valid VA driver's license with 3+ years of safe driving experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and ready.
• Participate in snow removal in the winter months
• Work with and maintain a variety of commercial equipment such as blowers, -mowers, clippers and edgers as well as landscaping materials.
• Manage crew members and complete work standards efficiently.
• Effectively train new crew members on equipment operation, field tasks, safety and job processing.
• Pay attention to detail and respond quickly to problems.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
