Responsibilities

Role Description

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC. This role oversees the crew on landscape maintenance properties, directing crew members, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups, as well as monitoring irrigation systems and site conditions. The Foreman coordinates equipment uses, checks visit quality, communicates with supervisors and clients as needed, and maintains accurate records of work performed. The role is hands-on and field-based, requiring regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
