Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will operate a company truck and 24’ trailer and work with the landscape crew to deliver high-quality maintenance on client sites across the Raleigh area.

As a dual driver/crew member, you will perform vehicle inspections, help with mowing, pruning, edging, mulching and other landscape tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency on every job.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer is required.
• Landscaping experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew performing mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and other landscape duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
