Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is hiring a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance in Irving, TX to perform lawn and landscape tasks across commercial properties. Training will be provided, no prior experience required.

The role involves mowing, trimming, pruning, and site clean-up with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Expect outdoor work in varying weather and potential weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is preferred for commute between sites.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a helpful asset for some sites.
• Flexible availability for 4/10 shifts, Mon–Fri 8–5, and occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
