Job summary

Rea Landscape Management, a Charleston-based company, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member for our Columbia, SC location. You will maintain residential and commercial landscapes, work outdoors in varying weather, and help care for tools.

On-the-job training is provided as part of a small, professional team environment, with opportunities for growth and a focus on delivering quality outdoor spaces for clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic tools, equipment, proper techniques, materials, and methods of landscape maintenance.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to safely operate tools such as shovels, rakes, rollers, blowers.
• Physically able to perform digging, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Hardscape/Landscape installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance of landscapes, both residential and commercial.
• Ensure tools are properly cared for and stored at the end of the day.
• Work outdoors, with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for several hours.
• Arrive to work on time and ready to start.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while on the job.

• Experience with Hardscape/Landscape installation preferred
