Job summary

Greener Horizon, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a dedicated crew for a full-time outdoor maintenance role. The position covers spring and fall cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, and plant installations, with responsibilities for safety and timely completion of tasks.

You will work closely with customers and management to coordinate schedules. Qualifications include a valid DOT and driving record, 3 years of crew leadership, and broad landscaping

Qualifications

• DOT certification and valid driving record are required.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading a landscaping crew.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects and seasons of landscaping.
• Strong communication with customers and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Additional licenses such as pesticide or hoisting are a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the landscape maintenance crew to complete daily tasks.
• Oversee spring and fall cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, and plant installations.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality while operating equipment and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and management to schedule work and report progress.

Greener Horizon has a talented staff of dedicated employees, and it shows. Due to company growth, we have an immediate opening for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. The maintenance division executes the following: spring cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, flower, tree, and shrub installs, fall cleanups, tree work, lawn renovations, aeration and overseeding, and more.

All applicants must be willing and able to work full days outside in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid DOT and reasonable driving record and experience driving truck and trailer
• 3 years experience running your own crew
• Must demonstrate knowledge in all aspects and seasons of landscaping
• Ability to communicate with customers and management.
• Ability to work in faced paced environment and completing time sensitive work
• Additional licenses, hoisting, pesticide, a bonus.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
