Job summary

Pro-Mow Lawncare & Landscaping in Grand Rapids is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a small on-site crew in maintaining beautiful landscapes and delivering high-quality results.

Lead by example, keep the team productive, and own work from start to finish while working outdoors and operating handheld equipment.

Requirements include mowing and hand-tool experience and a valid driver’s license; benefits include health and dental insurance, Simple IRA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in mowing and using handheld tools.
• Ability to work days and occasionally some weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur's License and Valid Medical Examiners Certificate a plus.
• Positive attitude.

Compensation

$18-$21/hour
