Job summary

Shooting-Star-Landscape-LLC is seeking a landscape crew lead to oversee daily job sites in Arizona. You will supervise a small crew, perform turf maintenance, and manage pruning and plant care for desert-adapted and ornamental species.

Strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work in extreme heat are essential. The role requires operating commercial landscape equipment and maintaining safety protocols across projects, with professional communication with owners and on-site problem

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate commercial mowers and landscape equipment.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a small crew.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; towing ability is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
