Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager for a leading client in the landscape maintenance industry. This onsite opportunity is based in Corpus Christi, TX, supporting branch operations, client relationships, team performance, and overall service excellence.

The role oversees daily branch operations, manages crews and resources, and partners with account teams to drive service quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within landscape maintenance, grounds management, facilities services, construction, or a related operational environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews, supervisors, or operational teams.
• Ability to analyze operational performance, estimate jobs, and support budgeting initiatives.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients while ensuring exceptional service and customer retention.
• Oversee branch maintenance operations, including managing job sites, crews, equipment, and service quality.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.
