Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is a privately held landscape maintenance and construction company seeking an Area Manager for our Baltimore Maintenance team. You will recruit, lead and build an effective team while managing a portfolio with a targeted gross profit and P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities include identifying landscape improvement opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, managing production schedules, estimating costs for bids, and ensuring safety and quality across crews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a portfolio with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and build an effective maintenance team.
• Manage budgeted man-hours and crews within budget.
• Estimate maintenance job costs for bids and proposals.
• Drive quality and efficiency in operations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service levels.
• Develop and manage production schedules for crews.
