Qualifications

• Experiencia de 3+ años en atención al cliente y puestos de gestión.
• Se prefiere título en Agronegocios, Horticultura o Gestión Empresarial.

Responsibilities

• Reclutar, liderar y formar un equipo efectivo.
• Gestionar un portafolio con P&L para un beneficio bruto objetivo.
• Identificar oportunidades para mejoras en el paisaje y ventas adicionales.
• Entender las necesidades del cliente y gestionar planes de paisaje sostenibles.
• Impulsar calidad y eficiencia en las operaciones.
• Gestionar equipos dentro de horas de mano presupuestadas.
• Ser competente en costeo de trabajos, presupuesto y previsión.
• Estimación de costos de mantenimiento para propuestas.
• Mantener un alto servicio al cliente y relaciones.
• Gestionar el calendario de producción de las cuadrillas.
• Ofrecer un entorno de trabajo seguro y cumplir políticas de seguridad.

Ruppert Landscape is a privately held, family/employee owned, commercial landscape maintenance and construction company based in Laytonsville, MD. With a multi-state presence and a small company feel, our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.

We are hiring for an Area Manager to join our Baltimore Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to successfully recruit, lead and build an effective team
• Experience managing a portfolio with understanding of a P & L for a targeted gross profit
• Identifying opportunities for landscape improvements in promoting enhancement sales
• Understanding customer’s needs and expectations with managing a sustainable landscape plan
• Driving quality and efficiency within operations teams
• Full capacity with managing crews within budgetary man hours
• Proficient in job costing, budget management and forecasting
• Ability to estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals
• Aptitude in demonstrating high level of customer service while maintaining customer relationships
• Manage production schedule for assigned crews
• Provide safe work environment and align with company’s safety policies

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Knowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenance
• Strong oral, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• 3 years minimum experience in customer service and management related experience
• A degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Business Management is preferred
