Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Account Manager to join the Baltimore Maintenance team. The role focuses on leading maintenance crews, managing client accounts, and driving profitability through cost control and efficient operations.

You will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring sustainable landscape plans. A background in agribusiness, horticulture, or business management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service and management.
• Degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Business Management preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and build an effective team.
• Manage a portfolio with understanding of a P&L for targeted gross profit.
• Identify opportunities for landscape improvements for enhancement sales.
• Understand customer needs and manage a sustainable landscape plan.
• Drive quality and efficiency within operations teams.
• Manage crews within budgeted man hours and schedule.
• Proficient in job costing, budget management and forecasting.
• Estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain relationships.
• Ensure safe work environment and align with safety policies.
