Job summary

Moana Nursery is seeking a sales/estimation professional to grow exterior landscape maintenance, snow removal, and irrigation services in the Reno area. You will estimate projects, prepare bids, and develop pricing to win work while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with the Landscape Service team, managing project scope, and ensuring accurate billing and timely administration.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years landscape maintenance management experience preferred.
• Irrigation and landscape maintenance expertise.
• Knowledge of horticultural best practices.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Excellent listening and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Your Future Role

This position is responsible for the sales and acquisition of projects/clients for exterior landscape maintenance (residential & commercial), snow removal and irrigation services within the Landscape Service's team and oversight of the work being performed. Estimating projects efficiently and accurately in a timely manner and working with Landscape Service's Team to ensure service meets expectations. Ensures accurate and timely billing of projects sold. Ensures the above-mentioned landscape maintenance activities and crews are operating efficiently and meeting quality standards.

• Speaks confidently and present professionally in one-on-one settings as well as in larger groups

• Ensure teammates perform the work accurately, efficiently and meeting quality standards

Physical Requirements & Activity

• Applicant must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Applicant must be able to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.
• Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Expertise & Experience Requirements

• Valid Driver's License, with clean driving record
• Landscape Maintenance Management Experience (5+ years preferred)
• Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance expertise
• Knowledge of general horticultural best practices
• Computer literate (including Microsoft Products)
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-Lingual Spanish

Your Future Work Schedule

Our Landscape Maintenance teams typically works Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm, our managers adapt their schedules based on the needs of the position.

Your Future Salary & Benefits

The starting rate for this position is $65,000 per year plus a performance based incentive. Other benefits for this role include:
