Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning and planting.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and snow plows.
• Help with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways and retaining walls.
• Conduct lawn care routines including aeration, fertilization and weed control.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetics.

Requirements

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and snow plows to perform various landscaping and construction activities. Help with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. Conduct lawn care routines including aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush growth. Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetic quality across all project sites.

Summary

• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators and snow plows is a plus.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
• Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license
