Ryan Lawn & Tree is hiring a Landscape Installer to join our Kansas City area crew. You will build and install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients, working with a skilled team to deliver high‑quality results and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn in a safety‑minded, year‑round operation. Starting pay starts at $43,000+ per year, with potential for growth and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction or a related field is a plus – but not required.
• Willingness to learn (structured training program provided).
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening and DOT physical.
