Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality with strong client and vendor relations.

You will manage project administration, bid submittals, schedules, and financials while coordinating with internal teams to align manpower, equipment, and material deliveries. The role emphasizes accountability and cross‑functional collaboration in a family‑owned firm.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly.
• Proven negotiation skills with customers and vendors.
• Experience in landscape construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and processes of commercial landscape construction projects.
• Lead projects to substantial completion and through warranty period.
• Prepare bid submittals and change orders with target gross profit.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, General Contractors, Architects, and customers.
• Communicate with clients including Project Architects, GCs, and Owner's Reps while maintaining quality standards.
• Create rolling schedules and ensure reporting is up to date.
