You will handle planting, irrigation work, mulching, and site maintenance, while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on site. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within the installation team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior landscaping experience helpful but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid state driver's license preferred; equipment certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement, installation, and maintenance tasks as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites; follow safety policies.
• Communicate with crew and customers in a courteous, professional manner.
