Job summary

Phoenix Landscape of Coastal Carolina Inc is seeking a dedicated landscaping crew member for full-time work. The role involves performing landscaping tasks, maintaining sites, and assisting with installations as part of a team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of landscaping experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to supervise a crew of 3 or more while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience performing landscaping or related tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising and coaching teams of 3 or more in using landscape install tools and techniques.
• Experience maintaining and enforcing safety policies and procedures (PPE).
• Ability to handle the workload and physical demands of the job.
• Interact and communicate effectively with others in a professional and courteous manner.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily landscaping tasks including maintenance, planting and clean-up.
• Supervise and coach a small crew of three or more members to complete jobs safely.
• Use landscape installation tools and techniques according to standards.
• Adhere to safety policies, PPE rules, and site safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
