JOB TITLE: Maintenance Crew Lead
Full Time, Hourly Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Position reports to Production Manager and Account Managers
• Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group (“Company”) in all activities
• Understand and follow the Company safety and operational policies
• Perform and supervise landscape management, to include, but not limited to:
• Mowing operations
• Bed care
• Pruning
• General grounds care
• Train subordinate staff
• Complete daily checks and timesheets electronically
• Participate in snow removal operations
• Other activities, as assigned by Management, to meet Company goals

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape group’s insurance carrier as a condition of employment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of a team and independently
• Must be able to accept direction and execute directives, as given
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional time and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly Pay: $23.16-25.00 Depending on experience
