Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to execute small-scale landscaping tasks and maintain grounds at commercial properties. You will perform planting, lawn replacement, pruning, and material handling across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities include operating mowers and trimmers, assisting with cement work and planter conversions, and supporting irrigation and general grounds care. A valid driver’s license is required, with 6 months of landscape experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge to identify proper water application and penetration.
• Current driver license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and finish cement surfaces.
• Experience with cement in preparing for pours and finishing.
• Ability to operate a truck with trailer/gate and ramp for loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Perform planting, lawn replanting, and area conversions as needed.
• Back up to interior, landscaping maintenance and irrigation tasks when required.
• Use garden tools for mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting activities.
• Dig trenches, set forms for cement, and replace sidewalks or planters as necessary.
• Maintain trees and shrubs with pruning and trimming equipment.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including mowers and trimmers.
• Water plants and lawns, apply fertilizer per schedule.
• Move materials between sites and handle tools safely.
