Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small scale landscaping operations and maintain commercial properties. The role requires outdoor work, basic tool handling, and the ability to operate common landscaping equipment.

The position supports multiple grounds duties, including irrigation related work and back-up tasks across maintenance teams. A current driver license is preferred for site transfers and equipment transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred.
• Ability to identify proper water application and soil moisture.
• Current driver license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and finish cement surfaces.
• Experience with cement pours and finishing.
• Ability to operate a truck with trailer and ramp for loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, lawn replanting, convert lawn to planters and planters to lawn, replace sidewalks, lay mow strips, mulch, prune, and plant trees.
• Serve as backup to interior landscaping maintenance, gardening, irrigation technology and grounds tasks.
• Remove or plant grass; use rakes, shovels, and hand tools.
• Dig trenches and set forms for sidewalk replacement and planters.
• Maintain trees and shrubs with pruning and trimming equipment.
• Operate lawn equipment: 36" mower, blower, gas trimmer, etc.
