Job summary

Sunline Group seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations across field teams in Jupiter, FL. You will own financial results, improve service delivery, efficiency, and profitability, and translate data into actionable decisions on performance and growth.

In this role, you will coach supervisors, manage budgets and labor costs, and drive process improvements. You will champion software adoption and ensure safe, high-quality service while sustaining customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience as a GM, Branch Manager, or regional ops leader.
• Experience in landscape or multi-crew, labor-intensive service businesses preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets and P&L with labor productivity and profitability focus.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Proven ability to implement operational systems, digital timekeeping, and process changes.
• Comfort working in the field and using data to drive decisions and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-crew landscape maintenance and tree-service operations with focus on safety, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own operating performance including P&L, budgets, job costing, labor costs, margins, and KPIs.
• Set measurable expectations for managers; coach leaders and address performance issues.
• Monitor productivity, timekeeping, overtime, utilisation, and job performance; implement corrective actions.
• Champion use of Aspire or similar software for scheduling, time tracking, reporting.
• Lead process improvements and technology adoption through training and clear ownership.

This leader will oversee field teams, own financial results, and translate operational data into decisions that improve service, efficiency, and profitability.

Location: Jupiter, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi‑crew landscape maintenance and tree‑service operations, ensuring safe work, reliable scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own operating performance, including P&L results, budgets, job costing, labor costs, margins, and key performance indicators.
• Set measurable expectations for managers and supervisors; coach leaders, address performance issues, and follow through on commitments.
• Monitor crew productivity, timekeeping accuracy, overtime, utilisation, and job performance; identify gaps and implement corrective action.
• Champion effective use of Aspire or similar field‑service software for scheduling, time tracking, production visibility, and reporting.
• Lead process improvements and technology adoption through training, clear ownership, and consistent field‑level execution.
• Partner with sales and account‑management teams to retain customers and support growth while protecting operational capacity and service quality.

Experience

• Progressive leadership experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or comparable field‑operations leader.
• Experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, tree services, or a similar multi‑crew, labor‑intensive service business; landscaping experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets and P&L outcomes, with strong command of labor productivity, job costing, and profitability.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline teams, including coaching, performance management, and difficult conversations.
• Proven ability to implement operational systems, digital timekeeping, and process changes through sustained employee adoption.
• Comfort working in the field and using data to make decisions, solve problems, and hold teams accountable.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will assess performance, establish consistent supervisor operating rhythms, improve visibility into labour and crew productivity, and identify the highest‑impact opportunities to strengthen execution. Over time, you will build a dependable, scalable operation with strong service delivery and financial results.
