Job summary

Work with a small team to ensure cohesive design, respond to seasonal changes, operate gardening tools safely, and perform routine mowing, watering, and pruning tasks. Prior gardening experience and good physical stamina are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of plant care techniques and landscaping principles.
• Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining garden beds and ensuring they are free from weeds.
• Pruning trees and shrubs as needed to promote growth and maintain shape.
• Watering plants and lawns regularly.
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides to ensure plant health.
• Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues such as disease or pests.
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, raking leaves, and cleaning up debris.
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive landscape design and maintenance.
