Eastern-Land-Management- in Stamford, CT is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain beautiful landscapes across client properties. You will perform planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation assistance, and general groundskeeping, applying safety practices and working outdoors in various weather.

This hands-on role values reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Basic knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and general horticultural practices.

Responsabilités

• Plant, transplant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape plants.
• Maintain planting beds through weeding, pruning, watering, and general care.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and other grounds maintenance as needed.
• Assist with irrigation and watering of plants, lawns, and landscaped areas.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate site conditions to supervisors.
