Lingo Staffing is seeking a Landscape Foreman in Roanoke, VA to lead outdoor projects and supervise a crew. The role involves installing and maintaining landscapes and hardscapes, and driving the team to complete tasks efficiently on a tight schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a foreman position, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and the ability to lift heavy loads while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a Landscape Foreman role.
• Driver's license with clean MVR.
• Heavy lifting 50+ pounds required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience with hardscape installations and plantings.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage landscape and hardscape projects and supervise the crew.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris to keep outdoor areas clean.
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools).
• Assist with landscape installations (mulch, plants, sod).
• Follow safety procedures when using equipment and materials.
• Support team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
