Job summary

Green View in Central Illinois is hiring a Mowing Crew Member to join a Foreman-led team and help with lawn care for residential and commercial properties. You’ll mow, edge, blow, and maintain equipment, following safety standards and daily routes.

Training will be provided as needed, and you’ll have the chance to grow into crew leadership. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus benefits like PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Lawn or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality work
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs and work outside in all weather
• Available for snow operations as needed

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, blow, prune, and control weeds on residential and commercial properties
