Green View in Central Illinois is hiring a Mowing Crew Member to help keep lawns looking sharp. You’ll work with a Foreman who will train you and lead the crew.

You’ll mow, edge, blow, trim, and weed-control on residential and commercial properties, operate a variety of mowers and tools, and follow safety guidelines. Qualifications

• Lawn or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality work
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs and work outside in all weather
• Available for snow operations as needed

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, blow, prune, and control weeds on residential and commercial properties
• Operate zero-turn, ride-on, stand-on, and push mowers, string trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
• Follow your Foreman's direction on daily routes, workflow, and quality standards
• Help inspect and maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Keep job sites clean and leave every property looking its best
• Be courteous and professional around clients and their property
• Help with snow removal in winter
