Job summary

BrightView Landscape Foreman oversees the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts. You will supervise crews, inspect sites, and ensure safety and quality on active projects across Dallas, TX.

The role requires 3+ years in landscape installation, proven leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred; First Aid certification is a plus. This full-time on-site position supports BrightView’s safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete checklists.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site materials.
• Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity, quality and safety compliance.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders and report incidents.
• Safeguard assets and support internal controls to prevent fraud.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with laws and policies.
• Periodically reconcile physical assets with accounting records.
