Job summary

Landscape Workshop is urgently hiring a landscape foreman to join our Gretna, LA crew. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and manage daily operations on varied outdoor projects.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, training crew members, maintaining timesheets and material usage records, and communicating progress to the Project Manager. Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow directions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all job-site safety regulations.
• Transport crew, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Assign tasks, train crew members, and monitor performance.
• Maintain daily timesheets, absence reports, and material usage records.
• Communicate job progress to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as needed.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Install plant material, mulch, and hardscape features.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
