Job summary

Grovers Landscape Services in Oregon City is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to lead crews delivering high-quality landscape work across the area. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining company standards while managing equipment and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and hardscaping.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers a plus.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Reading drawing plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards.
• Communicate job site progress and issues directly to management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites.
• Track maintenance logs and project hours and inspect work as needed.
