Job summary

Grovers Landscape Services is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to lead crews in delivering high-quality landscape work across Oregon City and surrounding areas. This hands-on leadership role requires pride in craftsmanship, team inspiration, and steady growth of the operation.

You will supervise crews on residential and commercial sites, manage planting, mowing, pruning, irrigation, and hardscape tasks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and hardscaping.
• Reading drawing plans is a plus.
• Additional cerification or license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Oversee daily operations including planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards.
• Communicate job site progress and issues directly to management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites.
• Track maintenance logs and project hours and inspect work as needed.
