Job description

Foreman Position at Landscaping and Snow Removal Company

We are seeking a qualified Foreman to lead our crew for a landscaping company specializing in snow removal. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience and the ability to train others in various aspects including snow management, irrigation, hardscape projects, retaining walls, and lawn maintenance.

Requirements include:

1. Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and proficiency in driving trucks and trailers, including backing skills.
2. Leadership skills with good communication abilities; speaking Spanish is a bonus.
3. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience; no exceptions.
4. Ability to meet crew in the morning, prepare trucks with equipment, read drawings and plans, and execute tasks accordingly.
5. Valid license and reliable cell phone.

Additional responsibilities include managing an HOA during winter and supervising general laborers. Candidates should be reliable, honest, hard-working, and eager to grow with our expanding company.
