Job summary

Chapin Landscapes in Novelty, Ohio is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew on residential and commercial projects, with hands-on work in both hardscape and softscape installations.

You will read plans, supervise installation of patios, walls, planting and mulch, operate equipment, ensure safety and quality, and train crew members; winter snow plowing is a plus and training is available. This role offers full-time seasonal work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Landscape Foreman or similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong background in hardscape and softscape landscaping.
• Experience with retaining walls, patios, grading, planting, mulch, and landscape installation.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and work alongside a crew.
• Experience operating landscaping and construction equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Snow plowing experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist crew members as needed.
• Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet company standards.
• Assist with seasonal snow plowing and snow removal operations during the winter months.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team in Novelty, Ohio. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in both hardscape and softscape landscaping.

As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead a crew, help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard, and work alongside the team on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects.

Responsibilities:

Pay & Benefits:

Pay: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
