Job summary

Exscape Group in Novelty, Ohio, is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a small crew on outdoor landscaping projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while interpreting blueprints and coordinating materials and equipment.

You will train and mentor team members, supervise site operations across all seasons, and participate in winter snow operations to keep properties safe and accessible. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 on outdoor projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
