Crabapple LandscapExperts is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and develop a team, ensuring top-quality maintenance of commercial properties across Metro Atlanta.

The role requires 4+ years in landscape care and experience leading a crew, with skills in mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant care. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience leading a crew or supervising team members.
• Knowledge of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant care.
• Experience using 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears).
• Valid driver’s license (21+ required); MVR will be completed.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew.
